By using the Diya’s Mart app or website, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Product availability and prices can change. The total shown at checkout, including any delivery or other charges, is the final amount you pay.
We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, the delivery location is outside our service area, or we suspect misuse. Any payment made for a cancelled order is refunded.

We accept cash on delivery and UPI. For UPI scan & pay, your order is confirmed as paid after we verify the payment reference (UTR) you submit.

Delivery is available only within our service area. Delivery times are estimates. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order.

Don’t misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or place fraudulent orders.

We’re responsible for delivering the products you ordered in good condition. To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered city have jurisdiction.
